Gesundheitsbetreuung› (PGB) übersetzt. Auf die Schweiz bezogen wurde
dafür folgende Definition gegeben:
Primäre Gesundheitsbetreuung bezeichnet denjenigen Bereich unseres Gesundheitswesens,
welcher der Bevölkerung direkt zugänglich ist und ihr kontinuierlich
zur Verfügung steht: Sie bezieht sich auf körperliche, psychische und
soziale Aspekte des gesundheitlichen Befindens; sie wird durch verschiedene Gesundheits-,
Sozial- und andere Berufe in Zusammenarbeit und unter Miteinbezug der Betroffenen
gewährleistet; sie berücksichtigt die volkswirtschaftlichen Gegebenheiten.
